What you get
Everything you need to take crypto
One account gives your business its own wallet, checkout, API and team, without any of the paperwork.
A dedicated pool wallet
Confirmed payments collect in a wallet that belongs to your business alone, held for you by Crypto Merchant.
A fresh address per invoice
Each invoice gets its own deposit address, so every payment is matched to its invoice. Busy stores get more addresses automatically.
Your own checkout page
A hosted page for your store, plus a page for every invoice that shows the coin, address, exact amount and live status.
Payment links
Fixed-price or pay-what-you-want links you can share anywhere, from a chat to your social profile.
API and signed webhooks
Create invoices, read balances and get told the moment a payment is confirmed. Every webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256.
Automatic or manual sweeps
Choose whether confirmed payments move into your pool on their own or when you say so. No sweep fee, only the network fee.
Payouts any time
No minimum. Pay out each coin to its own wallet, or swap everything into one holding coin, automatically every 24 hours or when you pay out.
Underpaid or overpaid, handled
Set a tolerance for small shortfalls. Customers who pay too little can top up or get a refund. Customers who pay too much can withdraw the extra.
Team roles
Admins can do everything, Managers everything except withdrawals, and Staff can view only.
Sales statements
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly statements in your portal and by email.
15 languages, light and dark
The portal and checkout pages speak 15 languages and follow your light or dark preference.
Recoverable by design
Every wallet comes from one master recovery phrase kept offline on paper, so addresses can be rebuilt even if every server is lost.

Network fees
Gas, explained honestly
Moving coins on a blockchain costs a small network fee, paid in that chain's own coin. For example, moving USDT on Tron needs TRX.
Your one-time $25 go-live payment, made in any coin, is credited in full to your gas balance. Network fees for sweeps and swaps are paid from it.
We add nothing on top of the network fee when we sweep your payments.
If your gas balance runs out, the network fee is taken from the payment being moved.
For developers
A small API that does the job
Create an invoice, send your customer to its checkout_url, and get a signed webhook when it is paid.
- Bearer API keys:
cm_live_on mainnet,cm_test_on testnet - Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried for about two days
- Invoices, payment links, balances and accepted coins
curl https://cryptomerchant.online/api/v1/invoices \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $CM_SECRET_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{

"currency": "USD",

Good to know
Still unsure about something? Read the docs or write to us.
Why do I need a gas balance?
Moving a token such as USDT needs a small fee in the network's own coin, for example TRX on Tron. Your $25 go-live payment becomes your gas balance and pays those fees when your payments are swept or swapped. We add no fee of our own on sweeps. If the balance runs out, the fee is taken from the payment being moved.
What if a customer pays too little?
You set a tolerance for small shortfalls (we recommend at least $1). Within it, the invoice counts as paid. If the payment is short by more, the customer can send the rest to the same address or ask for a refund of what they sent.
What if a customer pays too much?
The invoice counts as paid either way. If the extra is more than $5, the customer can withdraw it from the invoice page. If it is $5 or less, it goes to the Crypto Merchant platform pool.
Who holds the coins?
Crypto Merchant is a custodial service: we hold the keys to your pool wallet and deposit addresses and move coins when you ask. Every wallet comes from one master recovery phrase that the operator keeps offline on paper, so all addresses can be rebuilt even if every server is lost.
Do you check ID?
No. Anyone, in any country, can sign up without ID documents. You still have to follow the law and our Terms, which prohibit things like illegal goods, fraud and sanctions evasion.
When can I withdraw?
Any time, with no minimum. Pay out each coin to its own wallet, or have everything swapped into one holding coin first. Only Admins on your team can make payouts.
Which languages are supported?
The site, portal and checkout are available in 15 languages: English, 简体中文, हिन्दी, Español, العربية, Français, বাংলা, Português, Русский, Bahasa Indonesia, اردو, Deutsch, 日本語, Türkçe, Tiếng Việt. English is the base language, and we offer your own language when you arrive.
